These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of designer dresses and accessories from
Maison Minuit.
By hiring an Item, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
1.1. A rental booking is confirmed only when the required payment or Reservation Fee is received.
1.2. All prices are listed in Euro, unless otherwise stated.
1.3. Maison Minuit reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend a booking at our discretion.
2. RESERVATION FEE & CANCELLATIONS
2.1. A Reservation Fee may be required to secure the selected Item.
2.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment will receive a full refund.
2.3. If cancelled after 24 hours, the Reservation Fee is withheld in full.
2.4. If a Customer reserves a dress less than 24 hours before the rental date, and later cancels after receiving rental confirmation, Maison Minuit will withhold only 50% of the Reservation Fee.
2.5. No refunds are issued for change of mind after the Item has been collected.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
3.1. A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the value of the Item.
3.2. The deposit will be returned after the Item is inspected and found to be in acceptable
condition.
3.3. Deductions may be made for damages, late returns, excessive cleaning, or breach of Terms.
4. COLLECTION & RETURN
4.1. Items must be collected on the date and time agreed.
4.2. Items must be returned by the agreed return time on the due date.
4.3. Late returns incur a fee equal to 20% of the Item’s full value for each day of delay.
4.4. After 3 days of non-return, the Item will be considered permanently lost, and the Customer will be charged the full original purchase price.
5. CONDITION OF ITEMS
5.1. All Items are inspected, professionally cleaned, and prepared prior to rental.
5.2. Customers are encouraged to inspect the Item upon collection and report any concerns immediately.
5.3. Normal wear is acceptable. However, significant damage (tears, burns, broken zippers, stains, etc.) will result in additional charges.
6. DAMAGE, LOSS & REPLACEMENT
6.1. The Customer is fully responsible for any damage caused to the Item while in their possession.
6.2. Minor damages (e.g., small stains, loose threads, minor fabric pulls) will incur a repair or cleaning fee, as evaluated by Maison Minuit.
6.3. If the dress is damaged beyond repair, the Customer must pay the full original
purchase price of the Item.
6.4. If the Customer loses the dress, they are required to pay the full original purchase price.
6.5. Customers are strictly prohibited from attempting self-repairs, alterations, or
modifications. This will be treated as damage.
7. CLEANING
7.1. Maison Minuit handles all standard professional cleaning.
7.2. Extra cleaning fees apply if the Item is returned with excessive stains, odors, makeup residue, or other difficult-to-remove marks.
8. FIT & SIZING
8.1. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size.
8.2. Refunds will not be provided for incorrect fit.
8.3. Fittings may be scheduled subject to availability.
9. USE OF ITEMS
9.1. Items are for personal, non-commercial use unless prior approval is granted.
9.2. Sub-renting, lending, or transferring the Item to another person is strictly prohibited.

11.1. Maison Minuit is not responsible for any injury, allergic reactions, or incidents arising from the use of rented Items.
11.2. Maison Minuit is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (weather, illness, transportation issues, etc.)
12. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
12.1. Customer information is collected solely for booking, security, and communication
purposes.
12.2. Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with Albanian data protection laws.
12.3. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
13. SOCIAL MEDIA & IMAGES
13.1. With explicit consent, Maison Minuit may share customer photos for promotional
purposes.
13.2. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by written request.
14. AMENDMENTS
14.1. Maison Minuit may update these Terms at any time.
14.2. The Terms effective at the time of booking will apply to that rental.
15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking or renting an Item from Maison Minuit, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Address, Phone Number, Postal Address, and a government recognised ID.
Maison Minuit reserves the right to cancel a booking if:

If Maison Minuit is responsible for cancelling a booking and payment has been made, the client will receive a full refund. The default rental period is 3-days. If you require an extended hire period these can be booked via DM, or email. All extended hires
are only requests until a fee of 70% of the hire price has been paid. Once the payment has been secured, the request will be approved and the new return date will be confirmed.
OUR SERVICES
1. Dress Rental Services
1.1. Maison Minuit provides a curated selection of designer dresses and accessories available for short-term rental.
1.2. Customers are welcome to visit our physical boutique in Tirana to browse our collection and try dresses on before making a reservation.
1.3. Fitting appointments may be scheduled to ensure personalized assistance and adequate time to try multiple styles.
1.4. All rental bookings are subject to availability and governed by Maison Minuit’s Terms & Conditions.
2. Dress Purchase Services
2.1. Certain dresses within our collection may be available for purchase.
2.2. If a Customer wishes to purchase a dress—whether seen in-store, tried on during a fitting, or rented previously—they may contact our friendly staff for details regarding availability, pricing, or custom ordering options.
2.3. Our team will assist with all inquiries, including whether a brand-new piece can be sourced or if the displayed Item is eligible for sale.
2.4. All purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.
